We have developed our prototype of this web-based social-media style product. The components are:

• Foreign Direct Investment Evaluator

Under the design of this product, Corporate Planners can rapidly assess the outlook for planned investments by industry and region. They can:

• benchmark against selected public companies and assess takeover/merger consequences.
• rapidly prepare a prototype Balanced Scorecard, including risk assessment using Altman's Z-Score.
• browse opportunities to invest in the developing economies, both by introduction of their own products/services and by responding to identified project requirements.
• communicate with other Corporate Planners on topics of mutual interest via groups like LinkedIn.

The data dimensions are:

• 40 industries, expanding to 1,200
• 50 countries, expanding to 100
• 500 public companies, expanding to 20,000
