These include such as KFC, Ayamas, Li & Fung (LFD) in Malaysia, Singapore Food Industries, Anwar Sierad in Indonesia and the State Trading Organization in the Maldives. In today's world, food safety is a particular concern globally, so we need to offer expertise in this field in addition to our normal process improvements.

Our food safety subject matter expert is Grahame Uhlmann, an Australian based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Grahame is a widely experienced consultant in food safety and a qualified educator. He is able to address food safety issues in different societies, having designed and implemented solutions in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. He has now begun work on upgrading HACCP certified companies to become ISO22000:2205 (published since September 2005)  Since January 2006 he has had 13 client companies certified to the new International Food Safety Management Standards of ISO22000.

Grahame has brought his Australian Company’s HACCP and food quality knowledge and skills to Singapore and Malaysia.  Since 1999, clients in the Malaysian region include many major players, such as the Ayamas Group, Pokka Ace and LFD Manufacturing.

A combination of Grahame's professional skills, together with the Amplios Corporate Performance Management solutions developed in the Board CPM software (www.board.com) gives a world-class solution to performance improvement in this area.
