Our Singapore business unit, Amplios Consultants Pte Ltd, was established in the year 2000. It is an extension of the Australian business unit, Amplios Consultants Australia Pty Ltd, which was established in Sydney in 1972.

Our main operations are in Asia Pacific, where we support our clients both directly via the Internet and via regional partners. In the other major time zones, such as the Americas and Europe / Africa, we network with our principals based in Europe (UK, France, Italy).

Since the majority of the academic research into management tools is published in English, our primary delivery mode is English. In local environments where busines English is not yet strong, we are able to deliver training in dual language mode, with the local language instructor explaining to the audience the main points of the English delivery. 

We use project milestones, agreed with the client, to monitor progress and to support progress payments. Also, we use Change Management techniques to monitor the acceptance by the users of the changes implicit in the sultion implementation.
