Our experience is that organizations have a much better chance of achieving their vision and mission if they have a system for strategic corrections based on alignment of all of their activities and personnel towards their corporate goals. 
Our approach to assisting our clients to achieve and maintain high performance levels is unique and modular:
1. ANTICIPATION: We use the Future Thinking Tools of Shaping Tomorrow to better anticipate what the future holds.
2. STRATEGY: We assist our clients to improve their established strategic planning processes by comparison to best practice in our Strategic Planning Workshops.
3. IMPLEMENTATION: We assist our clients to improve their operations deployment by comparison to industry best practice, including Corporate Social Responsibility.
4. MONITORING: We use the Corporate Performance Management tools of the BOARD Software to make dramatic improvements in the quality of reporting and analysis. These include The Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators.
5. IMPROVEMENT: The techniques explained in our Business Process Reengineering Workshops are used to make significant improvements in productivity, enabling the client to serve more customer with the same resources.
6. CULTURE CHANGE: We carefully evaluate the organizational cultural changes necessary to win acceptance of the improved processes. These are implemented based on the principles of Positive Reinforcement.
7. SYSTEMS: To ensure that the client's personnel do not revert to the practises of the replaced procedures, we build the required changes into the organization's policy, procedure and training documentation. This is prepared, if required, in both English and local language versions.
