Tools 6: Culture Change 

The recent global economic recession has signalled, along with climate change, that the next 20 yesrs are going to be very different from the past 20 years. This means that long-established organizations will need to consider action plans for culture change if they are to survive.

Below are some examples of slides from our management training on this topic.

Dr. Michelle Lucas, one of Australia's leading culture change subject matter experts, has also worked on projects in Asia Pacific. She was a speaker at the Singapore Human Resources Institute's 2009 Global HR Conference.
